Replacement/Re-shipping Policy
  • The window for replacement claims is open for 10 days following the date of delivery.

  • In the case of incorrect or damaged products, please reach out to our customer support team and provide photographic evidence for a swift resolution.

  • Plant Replacements: Eligible in instances where the plant has sustained significant damage such as uprooted roots, broken stems, or completely dried leaves. This is applicable only if the plant's condition is beyond recovery.

  • Planter/Pot Replacements: Applicable exclusively for planters or pots that exhibit visible cracks upon delivery.

  • For missing or undelivered items, customers are entitled to a re-shipment of the missing parts.
